Growing up a stone's throw from the Jordan River, Drew has spent his entire life fishing northwest Michigan. From small creek brookies behind his childhood home - to the smallies, esox and salmo species of the big waters - Drew has always had a rod in his hand. A handful of guide years now under his belt has only caused that passion to grow. Especially, the hunt for native fish in hard-to-reach places. You can find Drew in the shop, or on the river, always excited to chat about what is happening on our waters.
Enjoying our wild places in northern Michigan influenced Drew to give back. Drew is a member of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers and sits on the Board of Directors for Friends of the Jordan River. His service in these groups follows the greater mission - to ensure future generations enjoy the access and outdoor opportunities we hold in such high esteem.
Drew serves as a Field Advisor for Redington - fly fishing rods & reels for optimal performance.
